Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATIONS: 

• If you cancel a booking or part of a booking prior to arrival, you will lose your deposit.
• For cancellations 24hrs prior to your arrival, we reserve the right to claim payment of the full amount of the original booking.
• Guests leaving earlier than stated in the original booking, will have to pay the full or part payment of the original booking unless otherwise agreed by us.

NON-ARRIVALS: 

• Should you have booked a room(s), paid a deposit and then fail to arrive at the guesthouse, we reserve the right to charge you the remainder of the full amount that would have become due should you have arrived and fulfilled your booking.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURES: 

• Rooms are available to check in between the hours of 2-10pm, although earlier arrivals may be possible with our prior agreement.
• Checkout on day of departure is at 11am. Charges will be incurred if the room is still occupied after the stated time.
